Uninvited people and career fame opportunities

I had one chance for my Sim to leave her political career (I think she was level 6 at the time) to become an astronaut, starting the career at level 5. It was so out of character for the Sim in question that I said no, but then I thought that would have made a really fun twist in her story and kind of wish I'd said yes.

I only got one or two uninvited visitors. My Sims aren't very famous yet. ^_^;; I can see it being annoying if it happened a lot. I might set it as a private residence if I ever got that far.

My next door neighbor, who just walks in whenever she feels like it, is actually a bigger problem than intruding stans. :P That's what I get for living in an apartment, I guess. xD Also, I always turn those job offers down. Leave my position as a movie icon to work in a kitchen? I don't think so....
