Even with aging off university takes too long. I can get mods to make the work go faster, but it still takes forever if you do 2 classes per term. So I might have to have my sims max out the relevant skills before I even join university, starting as a teen, so I just breeze through it with 4 classes per term instead, and see if it's more enjoyable. In just can't do 6 sim weeks of university, it's just too much while also trying to max out skills.
