These rituals are called "sympathy". Some take in the fun, but others think it works.
I separated some, but in this link you will see other options. I hope you enjoy.
1) Sympathy for the boss to like you
Material
White paper;
Pen;
Red line.
How to make
Take the piece of white paper and write the name of your boss on it. Fold this paper along its length and tie a red line around it.
As you do this, steady your thinking, mentally saying that from this point on you will be seen and liked by your boss, you will receive compliments and your work will be highlighted.
After that, keep this paper in the pocket of a jacket you don't wear very often, so you always have your boss in your pocket.
2) Sympathy to sweeten the boss
Material
1 small jar of honey;
1 sheet of white paper;
1 black pencil.
How to make
On a blank sheet of paper, cut a strip about 1 centimeter wide by about 10 to 12 inches long. Write your boss's full name on the paper.
Open the jar of honey and insert the strip of paper with the name. Make sure the paper is completely immersed in honey and you can use a spoon or other utensil to push it to the bottom of the pot if necessary.
During this action, mentalize what you want to change in the relationship, always remembering to have a lot of faith and optimistic thoughts.
Store the pot in a hidden place so no one can access it.
03) Sympathy get work
