What Farming Features Do You Want Most?

I have no idea why farming is so popular. Please tell me what you want about it.

Everything except number one. I can't see a slaughterhouse in the Sims. Ew. Plus a tractor, which I sorely miss from S3. Sims 3 did it right with the chicken coop and the cow manger thingie. I miss fighting with Charles the evil chicken!
