- SheriSimSeasoned HotshotI want all of it! But I really do want them to add livestock and be able to get meat, harvest eggs, cut and use wool for clothes. I want new crops, and stuff to make it look like a fa real farm. I want it to be a lifestyle for some of my sims.

All of the above except for the meat one.
See, this is great to know. Given we already have carrots, potatoes, a scarecrow, etc, I honestly thought meat from a slaughterhouse was what people were after and I've been so confused.
I want to be able to sell and use the animals as meat, but I would also like to have a choice of milking cows, collecting and using or selling eggs, wool and stuff like that, like a real farm. I want it to be a lifestyle for some of my sims and I want them to be able to make money from it. - Oh man, all of the above! In TS3 I LOVED grandpa's grove and the harvest stands, my Sims would live as farmers with the cows and chicken coop store items and everything. I absolutely love playing Sims that run farms for generations, it adds so much for me. Another thing that would be great to see is more farmhouse/rustic style build and buy items, to make some seriously awesome ranches!
- DevSims91New SpectatorAnimals like horses and Lama’s but I wouldn’t say no to some farm and farm-chic clothes and build buy... That’s honestly where Sims 4 shines to me. A farm town would be nice, somewhere not from America but has sims from all over the world living there!
But I also want purple skin so I can put Yzma from The Emperors New Grove/School and Kuzco as her adopted son turned Lama (There is the amount of creativity I can put in this game)
Ok but really now somebody give me purple skin so I can make Yzma. - mightyspritesimsSeasoned HotshotLarge gardens are already enough farmwork for me tbh. I'd be content with bug fixes for gardening.
- PhantasmKissNew SpectatorI just wanted a horse, but then I thought about my Sims having baby goats in pajamas...

I hope we would get a dirt track no roads world with it. While I'd like the pets mentioned, I hope they wouldn't be taking up space in a farm pack and came as some thing else. Farms use animals for their products and have little space for 'mooching' pets that are not providing revenue. Wouldn't horses have enough potential game play to be a game pack in their own right?
I agree totally! I want my farmers to make money off of their investment, and sell or use meat, eggs, wool, etc. if I wanted a petting farm, I’d ask for a zoo..... I don’t mind having a llama I could use the wool for, or a pot bellied pig for a pet, I think that would be cute. But I would like to see meat, eggs, milk and wool come from the farm animals..... if you want them as pets, fine, but I want it to be a job for my sims. - Can we FIRST fix the gardening thing??? before we ask for more?? jeezus. You guys are unbelievable.

When have bugs ever stopped players from asking for more content, or share their ideas and wishes for a game they enjoy. I see this all the time on this forum: generations, themed worlds, occults, Sims 5, etc... so why not this?
Instead of fixing the gardening bug, maybe another overhaul is in order. Gardening has been hit and miss for me, and I was never sure if it started with seasons or the first overhaul. Sometimes gardening worked, sometimes not. The first time I encountered the bug, I got so frustrated with it that I abandoned an entire save. I didn't touch gardening againfor some time afterwards. Thankfully, it seems to be working again for me in my current save. - All of the above really. I like the idea of creating a homestead type home, and I think farming for me enhances the idae of off the grid type living. So it's less about farming itself, but more about a cosy country world, where my sims can live and grow their own food etc. I also loved the cows and getting milk, eggs from chickens etc from TS3 - because we were able to make things using the produce. So if we made jam, we could then use it as food to spread on bread/toast - which added that next level of gameplay.
And I miss Apaloosa plains - man I loved that world!
