It's driving me INSANE. Every SINGLE sim that visits goes to the freakin grill and starts the fricken potion, and there's no easy way to stop it either. If I didn't use cheats to reset them, I'd have an army of potions on the lawn. SO annoying! I play a household in the University town and suddenly I see these 'secret society' sims that sneaks onto my lot and just starts making potions. Even Santa is making potions now. Like why can't they fix this. Sorry about the rant, but what the plum.

Self Sufficiency NAP, as far as I know. I had to disable that autonomy from grills alltogether. Even sims I hadn't invited in yet, but was knocking on the door, suddenly walked out back and started that nonsense.

I'm pretty sure you either got that NAP active or the NAP got struck on your Sims.

Self Sufficiency NAP, as far as I know. I had to disable that autonomy from grills alltogether. Even sims I hadn't invited in yet, but was knocking on the door, suddenly walked out back and started that nonsense.

@83bienchen Oh, how can a NAP be stuck on a sim, and how do you know if it is? I didn't know that.

The NAP getting stuck on sims was fixed in an official game patch (PC 1.67.45.1020) in October 2020.

Ah I see. Anyway, I was mistaken, I actually did have the self sufficiency NAP active, sneaky thing. I cheated it away, hopefully that resolves it. Also I did the NAP getting stuck fix, because it's a save I've had for ages, so possible something might have gotten stuck anyway.

MCCC Tuner is a really good mod, that's how I got rid of the autunomous singing in the game.

@Kathykins I have MC tuner, but I could never figure out how to make the autonomy control thing actually do anything - so I'm supposed to get an option somewhere on the grill once I turn autonomy control on? Do I use shift click or something? How do I even know I managed to turn autonomy control on? :p
