When your baby daddy calls.......

Lots :) I admit half of the time I do not care about the clock because many of my sims are freelancers and follow no shedule other than "sleep when energy low, shower when stinky".

But for those that are more conscious of the time of day getting nightly calls can lead to hilarious situations. Not long ago I had a sim who had lots of vampire visits in his old home. After he moved to Brindleton Bay he met an attractive woman his age. But was she also interested in him? Yes, she was and she called him to hang out... at 23:00. Naturally his first impulse was "Oh no, she's a vampire, too!". (She wasn't, but he couldn't know that).

LOL. There's nothing like getting a 2:00 am call from the bachelor who lives down the street: "Hey, does little Timmy want to come over and hang out?"

"What, you want to hang out at midnight on a school night? No! I'm sleeping, I don't care if you're my cousin!" -that would be my sim's reaction the last time it happened.
Has anyone ever gotten three social invitations in a row, even after accepting one of them? Guess the game decided my sims were turning into homebodies who didn't spend enough time with their friends and relatives outside the household, lol.

My sims seem to be getting a lot more lately. It's so irritating sometimes.

The hermit from Granite Falls keeps ringing my Sim at about 2am to ask if he can come over and hang out... but he is insane so I figured it could be trait related. Whenever he's over, he uses every. single. herbalism tonic that my Sim has made, and also dumps a bunch of random stuff on my plants. :D

My Sim, though, also keeps getting phone calls from random children around the town saying "do you want to come over and play?" Considering my single Sim is a young adult and has never had any contact with any children in the town at all, I don't know what to make of it.

@Chazzzy and @So_Money looks like y’all should have your adult sim go into the detective career to check that out lol. They should go and be like, “Remember when you called that child at 2am to come over?? It’s not ok.”

@TresaofPern I’ve had that a couple of times but not with three sims. My sim would accept one invite and then another friend would call wanting to hang out like an hour later. I figured they were one of those friends that felt like you shouldn’t have other friends just them lol.

@Gwaeri that would be ideal for the insane trait because that’s just crazy!! You should most definitely hide those things if he’s coming over, like as soon as you get the phone call start putting them away. And when you talked about not having contact with any children but getting phone calls to come over and play I instantly thought of Freddy Krueger for some reason lol. It’s a set up!!

Sims so realistic

My sim was working out at the gym when another sim walked up and immediately began to flirt with him. Even though it was clear that my sim wasn't single, the guy didn't seem to be deterred. So I cut the conversation short. They must've interacted for maybe 5 seconds?

Next thing I know, he gets a phone-call from the guy at like 3am saying "I can't get you out of my mind lately, wanna go on a date?"

Some sims are so thirsty, it's hilarious.
