I once made the mistake of setting my sim up with Morgyn Ember one of the sage's in the game not realizing at the time it would stop Morgyn's s sage status within the game. After a new game folder recently just prior to setting MCCC to stop homeless sims filling up my empty houses I noticed this sim living in one of the flats in the city and was about to evict him but then suddenly thought perhaps we cannot do this with these sorts of sims? Do sages in the game need a home in the world or are they classified as homeless sims and if so is it safe to evict him without causing an issue in my game?

And now that I think about it, that's happened with Faba as well, as she's one of the single ladies that MCCC uses for pregnancies. She eventually stopped going to HQ after that, and was replaced by Becka Clarke from DU, no less.I've since set MCCC to only give babies to married sims, as I'm dead tired of the same ladies getting pregnant in EVERY.SAVE.EVER. Its always the same females. But that's another discussion, I guess

I'll edit once I've started up Sims 4 for the evening.You'll need the sage to either be at the lot or at least be in your sim's contact panel. Going to the bar in Glimmerbrook is usually a good way to get Spellcasters to show up, though I've seen all three in walkbys.Click on the sage (or their portrait), go to MC Command centerSim Flags -> Population -> Flag as homelessSim Flags -> MCCC -> Flag as ImmortalSim Flags -> Career -> Freeze Career (once you've used MC Cheats -> carreer Cheats ->quit job if they have one)

Sages are homeless sims, if you put them in a house they won't be a sage anymore. Not really sure about mods though, if he's still a sage in the magic realm whilst living in a house it's best to just leave him there or it will likely cause issues

I took one of my magic sims to the realm and waited as long as I could before needs sent him home and never saw Morgyn once but of course I may need to test more in rotation. I will be extremely frustrated if he is no longer a sage as I have not even seen him around the worlds since I made a new folder so there is no way I have interacted with him to cause this to happen..

Edit: Is there any way to put him back as a sage with cheats that you are aware of?

Just use MCCC to flag the sages as homeless. That tends to fix it in my game. While you're at it, use it to have them quit any jobs the game assigned them and then freeze career, because there will be a different sage while they're at work (on the other hand, that can be kinda cool)

I've had MCCC move them into houses/apartements and I could have sworn they were still sages in the Magic realm. I thought they'd only lose the sage trait if you actively played them? Not only if they lived somewhere. Last spellcaster I played, all 3 sages had homes. Morgyn was replaced after a short while, but Simeon and L. stayed at HQ.

I don't know how to make him homeless? I have been through the MCC settings categories and have no clue which one to use? Also I have not played him in this flat or as a sim at all but wouldn't I have to click on him to make him homeless? Could you please explain what i need to do so I don't make a mistake when trying..

I am hoping what you said about them being able to live somewhere and still be sages is right if I haven't actively played with the sim but I keep sending my witch to the magic realm and so far he has not turned up there as yet.

Lol re the same pregnancies.. I am also going to take a look at that now you have mentioned it. I still cannot figure out what to do with Morgyn using MCCC and can only hope I have not lost him altogether-) :)

I wouldn't mind the original Sages losing their status if the replacements were totally terrible looking. lol
