Which laptop would be best for Sims 4?

Hi, I'm a bit of a dud with computers and I don't have anyone to ask about these things irl but I've tried to do a lot of research about laptops and its parts and so on. 

I need a new computer for university as my old one just barely runs anymore. Recently I've been getting back into the groove of playing Sims 4. So I need a light laptop that could run Sims on it. I don't use mods, just expansion pack etc. I also don't want a gaming laptop because The Sims is the only game I play on a computer and it also comes and goes how much I play.

I live in Finland so I feel like my choice on computers is limited but I have narrowed it down to a few choices after a lot of research and I'd like to hear your opinions which would possibly be the best choice. These laptops are between 600-750€ as luckily they are on sale right now and that's my budget.
