Who was Vampire Hunter live in somewhere from the sims 4 game?

There is not an npc like vampire hunter as far as I know, but you can get the cure and throw it at him yourself. You just need to beat him up.

You can also just delete Vlad from you game. Problem solved.

I can see how a vampire's superior looks and powers can intimidate mere mortals. The only logical solution would be to join the immortal race! >:)

I was about to put one of my text tutorials here as you asked for a YouTube video, but I didn't. I didn't find any videos on how to delete sims through Manage Worlds. Or you can, you know, invite him over, get him into a room, lock the door so your sim can escape, start a fire (either by fireworks or campfire) and let him burn to death. Then he cannot send new vampires text messages explaining about the life state!

If you want to "slay" the vampire, you'll have to start from the computer, then buy vampire tomes (4 in total) and get the vampire lore skill to level 15. After that, your sim can make an ultimate vampire cure. Then find the vampire, make the relationship go down so you can fight him/her and choose Slay Vampire.

I don't think so. Any sim can slay... Ahem... Cure vampires with the cure, even other vampires.
Benefits include a sad sim (because forcefully cured), ruined relationship and the knowledge that your sim (if not vampire) is stronger than a vampire (Seriously have had an old lady win a fight with a vampire as a revenge for the break-in...).
