Why a full body outfit?
Why is it that all raincoats in the seasons pack are full body outfits? It bugs me how I can't just wear a raincoat with my chosen bottoms.

- I wish we had more hats, rain hats, beanies, and also some more hair styles and beards for men and one day body hair options for both genders... I don’t want it forced on my sims but I want the option for it.
Also more traits and hair colors.
Also more rain coats as tops, I hope we get them in the new pack! - We need way more clothes peices as accessories so we can layer
- I was hoping that coats would be more like what hats are in the game, accessories when Sims 4 first launched. But they are not for some reason. They are part of a top or a full body outfit.

- @DevSims91 I doubt we will get more separate clothing items - but more snow suit sets with Snowy Escape ?
