Why did my sim randomly get a bunch of onesies?

Hi! OK so my sim had a baby. A few sim days later, I checked his inventory and saw he had 4 different onesies that he could dress his kid into. I didn't buy them. I didn't get notifications that they ...

Oooh it could be a mod! I got a pregnancy/relationship overhaul mod that's relatively new.
