Why does game not give §20000 to new household?

I saved a household top library, because of the old Santa glitch I had to start a new save, and transfer the household and their lot. But when creating the new household and grabbing the 3 sims fro...

Like @AprilDawn said, use FreeRealEstate On to move them into a house. You can use the Money cheat after they move in to adjust the amount they start with, if you think they should have either more or less than $1380.
