Wooooo I figured out how to hire my own sims as staff in the restaurants (no mods)
Hi all :)
I was very upset when I could not hire my own staff and had to use npc's. But after struggling all day I figured out how to do it. Its really simple.
I made two households with high skills and placed them in my world, then I went into manage world and evicted them. I went into manage households and selected not in world sims and then I deleted everybody but my sims and now they are available to work ;) I will follow @crinrict advice and once I have employed them I will add them to the world so they don't get culled as npc's. Have fun hiring your own sims now :D
