Your toddlers/childrens routine!? ^-^

I don't have a routine and do what they need when they need it basically. One time I had triplets and called a nanny cause I had free services and the parents weren't getting any sleep and the nanny came and never left. I don't know if it was bugged or what but I didn't mind, she stayed till they grew to teens! Lol Then I finally dismissed her and she left and didn't pay a dime. It was nice caused she cooked and keep all the kids busy and did what they needed so the rest could do what they needed to.
