They wake up an hour before work, have a shower and eat some of yesterdays leftovers, go to work and then spend the afternoon doing whatever.
If they got small children I have the parents wake up an hour earlier to feed/potty/hug their little ones before work as well.
How? My sims take an hour sim Time to walk to the shower lol. 2 hours sim time to eat leftovers.
