A Mod That Shows Feedback from Simstagram on a Sims' Performance?

I have not received word on the name of the mod another player uses that allows for her Sim to receive feedback from her Simstagram followers during her live-stream performance. Is anyone here familiar with it? Please, and thank you, in advance.
