[As a Modder] CC/Mods still not all working

I have very few very straight forward tuning mods that I have made. And since the Mar 17th update some are still not working (even after the Mar 18th "Fix"). And some new mods made after update just are not working either.

Example: A simple remove conflicting traits tuning mod (which does convert a Sim into "CC" according to the library), won't work after update (only old files where they were already set up still work).

Another example is: Simple buff changing tuning/mods changing either amount ("weight") and mood type (Happy -> Fine type idea). Where as previous mods I made before worked, and still work, but new ones/edits aren't (or only half working).

Is anyone else having the same issue, is this a reportable bug, or because it is mods/cc—we can't report it?
