I dont know what to do I loaded up my game and there's a black bar glitching at the bottom of the screen I took out my mods repaired and reinstalled sims and ea app but it came back I thought it was my cc but I took it out and it's still there please help
Pineapplechnks Please try a full "vanilla" test, following these exact instructions:
Drag the Mods folder to the desktop and rename it, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.
The Black bar is still there I really don't know what to do maybe this will help to see what I'm seeing
If you're still having issue with a true vanilla test, you can try a factory reset (that means renaming the user folder so the game generates a new one) then game repair. That restores all game settings to the original ones. If that still doesn't help, please post to Sims 4 tech support.
When you say user folder do you mean my sims 4 folder?
