I'm currently feeling confident that my mods will still work after this patch, based on what we know of what's included.
What will be interesting is what bugs will have been fixed.
I recently included some 'unofficial patch' features into Meaningful Stories that fix some Maxis-made bugs. These features have been set up to automatically disable themselves after a game patch, in case the code they 'fix' has been changed. After the patch, I'll confirm if my fixes are still needed, and update the mod to re-enable them if they are.
