I don't know about anyone else, but after I finished installing (several of) the LittleMsSam's mod updates, the missing swatch issue with my CC hair and eyes has vanished. All of my swatches now have the right colours and swap just fine. Not sure what changed but I haven't reinstalled any CC, only those mods.

@simwolf If you are anything like me with LMS mods, you have a ton, but can you tell me a brief rundown of the ones you have from her? I'm downloaded a good chunk today, myself and am about to go in game. I'll test and see if my issue is fixed and maybe we can figure out the common thread there, if so.
