Please test in a new save with an empty mods folder after a Game Repair.  Then after that, please add an updated mod from the Broken & Updated Mods & CC list and test that on that same new save.

As I explained, I have already tested everything, even uninstalling the game and emptying the Sims 4 folder. But nothing to do, the bug comes back systematically even when adding a simple hairstyle created recently.
