Buying A residential Rental gets stuck on game loading.

I am writing my own legacy challenge and i need to get a Residential, Rental for a sim. I Go to buy one i buy it and when i come out of build mode it says the game is still loading. I have repaired my game, All my mods are updated. And it is still doing it. It could be a known bug but i was not sure.

Can anyone help me figure out how to fix this

    Yep, SN Bills confilcts with it. I have removed it so all should be good now. Thanks for your help!

    Could you please provide the following information

    • Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.

    This issue has been mod related in the past.

    I have tested it and it was a mod i have. I think it is SN bills. It has done it to me before. I have only just updated it though. I'll reupdate it again and test it again. Thanks
