Can you add shutters to windows?

Does anyone know if you can add shutters to windows that don't have them?? I feel like I have added them before, on accident.. but I quickly hit the undo button so I'm not sure if I actually added shutters or was just imagining things. :p

    Yes, in my house i have shutters on my windows. I'm not sure what category they're in though :)

    If I want shutters on my windows I use the item called Shutter To Think, it’s in the windows catergory!

    I think the shutters come together with the windows.
    In my case, I didn't like most of the Maxis windows that have them, so I downloaded some nice cc shutters as objects to place near
    windows I want. That might be a solution :)
