Can't play my sims after I upload them to gallery

Hello. For some reason, I can't play with my sims after I upload them to the gallery. Recently, right after I finish doing their outfits and everything, I upload them to the gallery but then it says there has been an issue and I can't play with them? This has happened with my latest two families (completely unrelated to each other).

I use mods and ccs, but not anything dangerous, but I thought it might be related to my issue but I really wouldn't know.

Has anyone ever had issues with something like this? Can I fix this? I want to play with my already made sims TvT

    @lystick2 Could you post the exact error message you're getting ?

    Is the message in the gallery ? Have you tried playing on ?

    @lystick2 hmm It could be a corrupted save file or a network issue, have you tried restarting ur wifi router?
    You can try dragging your entire TS4 folder out of Documents and onto your desktop then starting a new Sims 4 folder. There are plenty of items that can get corrupted in there, just make sure to back up ur tray files or move them somewhere safe.
