Carl's Dine Out Mod

Question

I got the Dine Out Mod and have family a restaurant game play, but the strange glitch is that all the costumers are ordering is free water. Nothing else but just water, so I earn no money at all, I have to idea why that's happening. Can someone help? Maybe it's a Dine Out pack problem.

I googled a little bit and it seems the pack itself has had this issue for years. I don't think is a mod problem.

My sims do something similar and pinch other diners drinks once their food is served.
