Looking For A Permanent Solution - Tmex

I'm gonna give it me best shot at describing this so please bare with me. So I'm still having issues with mods causing the issue where 'you get a greyed out screen on main menu when loading into the game' and if I can get further than that, the issue changes to 'you click to load onto a lot and instead of loading in, it brings you back to the manage worlds screen' (08.19.2025 patch). 

So I removed all my mods, except TwistedMexi's BetterBuildBuy and T.O.O.L. mods (as well as amoeba's Red Shelf Mod) which I updated for the patch. Should solve the problem right? Well not exactly. I played the game fine yesterday after updating the mods. But today the same issues start all over again.

I've noticed when I couldn't load back into my game that TwistedMexi's Mods created new folders inside themselves which to my knowledge has NEVER happened before, at least, this never happened on my old computer (I just set up my new computer this past week, but I've been using these mods for a couple years now). BetterBuildBuy creates a folder called 'Data' which contains mostly TMBIN Files, and T.O.O.L. creates a folder called 'Settings' which remains empty.

I've found a temporary solution where before I load into the game, I uninstall the mods and then reinstall them, and then I can play and do my building. But with that being said, I am completely dissatisfied with this and I'm looking for something more permanent because it's a lot of effort to have to do this every time I want to play. Please help!
