CAS broken

I’ve basically spent hours trying to figure out what has been breaking my cas but nothing is working other then removing all of my cc. I have way too much cc so going through everything will be very tedious. I’ve already looked at what cc is broken and i don’t have any of them. For a bit more info on how it’s broken, the ui is completely messed up and i cannot remove anything that my sim has on which is very inconvenient when i age them up and their skin details are messed us. I was just wondering if anyone has had this happen before or if anyone knows what cc could be breaking my game. Any help would be appreciated
