Please test only with one newly downloaded recent CC item from a well known creator like SurelySims.

Please also post a screenshot showing your Sims 4 folder, with the full file patch.

And check your firewall permissions. If you need more support, please use ONLY THIS THREAD.

What is the exact message you are getting? I know some CC has a MACOS (think that is how it is spelled) file that prevents it from loading Sims 4 on PC. Since I now know what file to look for, I just delete that single file. I also play on a Dell laptop, but my processor is an i7. I have found it usually lists the file that is preventing the game from loading. Just deleting that file usually fixes the issue.
