disoriented building ui glitch bug

I don't know if its just me but the building menu is all glitchy every time I try to a section it just sends me to a different option eg like going on to beds then being sent to carpets I'm not sure its got to do with something with mods i only get my mods from curseforge,  does anyone know how to fix this?😭😭
