Downloaded sim shows up bald

Hi everyone :)
I tried to download a Sim from the library, but when I moved her into a lot her custom content didn't appear. She's supposed to have long brown custom hair and grey custom eyes, but she shows up bald with base game brown eyes. I never used custom content before in TS4 nor downloaded any Sim with custom content so I have no idea what to do... Can you help me, please? ^^' Thank you~
(In my game option, the custom content is activated)

    As far as I'm aware, you might need to download the content separately.

    In TS4's Gallery I thought it was assured it would block custom content and you would have to get the source of the custom content so it will show up. This really does sound like the mesh wasn't downloaded so maybe PM the creator and see where she or he got the meshes.

    No, the gallery does not allow custom content to pass from the Simmer who uploaded it, so you probably have to PM the person who put it in the gallery.

    The meshes are not loaded separately in this game like they were in The Sims 2, they come with the content, at least that is what I have found.

    If you don't have the CC it will not appear.
