In my game Emit is not dressed in the Blast from the Past clothing, nor does his has the bright blue hair. He looks like a townie (see picturs below). I have completed both week's tasks and he appears like a townies. I am able to receive the event rewards. Is anyone else having this issue? Should I be concerned that he looks like a townie?
Some simmers have found that mods have caused this to happen, such as MCCC. This may be why he is appearing that way.
is there anyway to fix the issue or just to remove mccc until the event awards are over?
The alternate Townie version of Emit is playable and the rewards are earned correctly. The NPC just doesn't look like the intended. If you use mods that alter how new sims get created this will happen. I use MCCC tray import for my townies, so the game just selected one to be Emit. He looks different but he works just like real Emit.
