Everytime my daughter tries to move this household it doesn't work. It pops up this error code. We've tried different houses and different worlds. It's not the first time it's done this. I've deleted the cache folders and last exception ones as well.. We've repaired the game as well. Just not sure what to do anymore?
Oh my God, thank you so much but I think I solved the issue. I went into my Sims 4 Folder and saw that within my ConfigOverride folder, the Default.ini file I had in there had the wrong version of the game in it, so I deleted it. From there, I saw that the GameVersion.txt file also had the wrong version of the game in it, so I deleted that too. I then reopened the game and the glitch and code is gone in all the worlds and I can reopen my households again, with my mods enabled too. Thank you so much for all the help!
Hey there, I've been having this problem for awhile now. I can play sim household pertaining one individual but can't when it comes to 2 or more, the game always pops up an error code. Ive tried deleting both caches, repaired, and even uninstalled. Please help, thank you.
@Ctrlbttn Please do a "vanilla" test: Drag the Mods folder to the desktop, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.
I ran the game and i can access them now! 🙂 Does this mean theres something within my mod folder thats causing it? Or should i go ahead and put it back in game
