Error code 123: 259a6556: 5e24aec7

Hello! I have been getting this persistent error code whenever I try to move in a new family or to play a certain household, I have attached my error code and what it looks like. Please help!

For quite some time now, whenever I have a family created and want to play with them, error code 123:259a6556:19e94840 pops up.

Upgrade: I made another sim to check what can happens and there was a bug again so the whole situation is getting more complicated because I can't do Sims in game about them .... The error code was -123:259a6556:19e94840 

Yesterday , 4 July at 3-4 a.m (ig) after making my sim appears a bug that make my sim disappear before I even buyed him a house. I ignore it but after making second sim (trying to recreate the first one ) after I made him I bought him house safe the game and leave. ( I thought everything was good ) When I join sims again and click the load games there was the game with this sim but there wasn't his house like anywhere just nothing and idk what to do I would like to find my first sim but I know Its impossible but maybe the second one I can have . Please help I'm scared to make the third sim because I'm scared that it is going to disappear again.

I played the sims4 and try to create the new sim and move into the house but got the error pop-up as attached image. and the household that I previously play was disappeared and can't recover. pls kindly help. I try to restart the games many times.

and I also got the lag time. After I create the new sim and move on the next stage to create house. the time of loading to next stage is really long. sometime it stuck to that page.

MarahCricut​ The game will only see mods in the folder it creates in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. If no mods are showing up, they're either in the wrong folder -- OneDrive is notorious for being a cause of this (see https://forums.ea.com/discussions/the-sims-4-technical-issues-pc-en/current-issue-sims-4-savesuser-content-disappearing-pc/11838402 ) --  or are being blocked by your firewall/antivirus software.
