Fixing Weird Body Presets

Hi, my name is Ash and I had a sim that I was giving a makeover to. I put her in a custom body preset, and I wasnt the biggest fan of it. I attempted to change the preset, but her body keeps getting weirder and weirder, and I dont know how to fix this. The sim below wasn't originally made by me, and I've tried clicking on EA presets to "reset" her, but it just keeps distorting even more. 

Note that I'm aware that many people play with these types of body presets, but this not something I personally gravitate towards, which is why I would hope to find a solution. :)
