Food markets only selling produce

Can someone help me. Short of removing all my mods again and restarting I’m having an issue with food stalls only selling produce... all of them. I’ve looked online and can’t seem to find any common errors within my mod file

I’ve just updated them all so it’s not that there’s a broken one
I’m at a loss
