game crashing when traveling between lots

My game is crashing when I try to move any household (mine or NPC) to any lot. I have tried many different combinations of this, but my game keeps crashing. I did the 50/50 method and thought I narrowed it down to one mod, but when that mod was in my game alone i was able to travel. I have cleared my cache and made a new game folder. Does anyone know of mods that are currently causing this issue, or if there is something else I can do
