Game Not Launching With Mods

PLEASE READ BEFORE SUGGESTING A BROKEN MOD

(Context I use a MacBook Air, have been using it for a year, recently switched to ea app)

So over the last week my game has been failing to launch with anything in the mods folder and now there is nothing I can do. It has happened a total 3 times now and the first 2 times I eventually got my game to open after doing a handful of tricks and resetting but this time it has been a whole week since I've been able to launch my game with my cc/mods. I thought maybe it was a broken mod of course but I hadn't updated my game or added anything new around the time it starts and specifically the first time this started I had already been playing the game just fine that day. I still tried to go through mods removing and adding everything until I've come to the conclusion that it isn't a mod It is the mods themselves. It does not matter what I add to the folder as long as there is a mod in the game it will not launch. I've tried uninstalling and everything else in between and don’t know what to do anymore. I can’t afford enough packs to make the game enjoyable without mods and cc. Is there anything else I can do?????

@luthienrising I have a lot of mods (mostly custom content) so it wouldn't fit in a screen capture unfortunately. I still can't add more than a few files (any at random) into my game without it refusing to launch though, IDK it just doesn't seem possible that so many random mods could be corrupted?

@tr1llestaries It could be just a problem that isn't showing up because of how you're breaking up the 50-50. For the screen cap, just any screen that includes some CC and maybe a non-CC mod or two is enough to see if there's a filename issue. And as noted, I'm happy to look at a list of mods if you use the link above to produce one. The file those instructions produce includes lots of info that can help find issues. (Likely tomorrow before I look at it though. I have a date with Doctor Who.)

See those little cloud icons next to the filenames? That means they are in iCloud and not local in the Mods folder on your Mac, where they need to be.

What app is set to open those files? If they have the .package or .ts4script extension they should show as simply white pages. You have a specific app set which has archived them I think? Right click on one of those files and choose Get Info from the menu that appears. In the pop up window about halfway down you should see an "Open with..." option. If it isn't expanded click the arrow to expand it. This will tell you the app it's using.
