Game will not open

Dcongdon Start at Broken/Updated Mods & CC. If you're getting this in a new save with an empty mods folder, please try repairing all game files through the EA App.
stellastarr3 Please start a separate thread with more detail. Which loading screen can't you get through? If it's only your played household, see Previously Broken mods and CC. Please also add information in the new thread about all your test steps.
