Game won't load with any mods or CC

My game gets stuck on an infinite loading screen when all my mods and cc are installed. I have tried doing the 50/50 method to find a mod or cc that's causing this but anything I put alone the game s...

    It was the preferences plus mod, it conflicts with many things and once it was removed my game loaded up normally and with my CC/mods

yeah i had similar, litrally the only thing to do it 50/50, i know its tedious but it is the best way. i usually start with taking out the biggest size mods then work downwards i you know what i mean. good luck.
