- So i uninstalled my game. decided to not carry my save over at all just started the game fresh. and that still didnt fix the problem. it seems to be the sims that the game makes. the random sims with crazy names. my maids the mail persons. and random townies the game makes are the ones without faces. i dont seem to have a problem with townies i create or children sims have just the random generated townies. idk if that makes a difference im still not sure whats wrong.

Hello @mariahedsell
I am not sure if this may help but you could try installing Sims 4 studio tool, and running the batch fix to not allow cc on townies.
You need to register with the site to access the download page for the program but it is free.
http://sims4studio.com
http://sims4studio.com/board/6/download-sims-studio-open-version
(register with the site first before accessing the page )
After installing the program, click the tools label at the top of the screen, the batch fix options will be able to be accessed from the drop down menu. The batch fix is in the cas section. It may help to run the cas batch fix for the pets ep also,- JanuaryGarnet088 years agoSeasoned Ace

Are you using the eyelash removal mod? That might the cause if so. Go to the modder's site for a fresh copy and replace the one in your current folder. That should do the trick but if not I believe that modder has info to follow. Otherwise, not sure what could be the precise cause of this glitch!
This happened in my game and that was the exact cause. - Could possibly be on to something. i batch fixed all my cc did a cc clean and got rid of everything i havent been using since before this started. then used mccc to delete all the sims that had missing faces and now im just having a random sim sit in a bar and wait for game generated townies to show up lol. ive had a few and they have faces. yay. but we will see. thank you for all your suggestions i had hit a wall. hopefully the problem is fixed.

You’re welcome :)- Hey! I've been having this issue too. It first started when one of my Sims had a toddler without a face. Terrifying and hilarious but it's getting old now. It looks just like the pictures above. It's not affecting any of the sims I already made, only any new ones I try to make now. I first ran all the batch fixes on sims4studio, then I removed all of my cc and mods, I repaired the sims 4 through Orgin. After each of these attempts I restarted Sims but still it wasn't working. The one time it worked was when I removed my Sims 4 folder and restarted Sims. But once I put my files back in the problem came back. Anyone have any ideas?

Hello @MarissaBee
Try moving your whole mods folder to the desktop.
Then delete the cache files
https://sims4.crinrict.com/en/2014/09/delete-cache-files/
Then start the game and test to see if that helps the issues. If it does help, then put your mods/CC back into the newly generated mods folder in the sims 4 folder one by one or in batches and testing the game after each one to see which is the cause of the problem.
Try also testing in a new save game and see if the issues remain.- Nerdsimmergirl17 years agoRising AdventurerHi, I'm sorry to be off topic but I can't start new discussions and don't know where else to ask, I'm having a face glitch issue where my sims in CAS have one side of their face wider than the other. I tried taking out my mods folder but the issue persisted. Has anyone experienced any similar?

Hello @jenegee
Try resetting your sims 4 folder, starting a new save game file, and testing to see if it also occurs there . To do that, move your sims 4 folder ( that is in Documents -Electronic Arts - then the sims 4 folder is there ) to the desktop. Then start the game, and a new sims 4 folder will be generated.
Start a new game and test to see if the issue is in that new save game.
Exit the game and then copy back the "options.ini" or "options" file and the "saves" , "screenshots" "tray" "custom music " and "mods" folders from the desktop sims 4 folder to the new sims 4 folder, replacing the new generated file/ folders with the old file/folders from the desktop sims 4 folder.
Then test your old/current save game again.- Nerdsimmergirl17 years agoRising Adventurer> @rosemow said:

Thanks I tried that. It seems to be one family that is affected due to the eye preset used by mother and two daughters, but I don't want to not use it because its the only one that looks right. I wish I could post pictures because I really could use another eye on this. I'm beginning to wonder if my eyes are playing tricks.
