help i install better exception and i say utily erro !!!

hi there im new in this 

i have RPO/Pandasama/MCC everthing not tha good then i decide to download the better exceptions mode and when i start my game says 

in possibble cause :utils

reason exception raised while trying to run a test event in tes_events.py:(typeError:handle_event()missing 1 required positional argument:to solve

and then my mcc says last exception of the html file in the folder something like that i check en yt remove all te ts4scrip restart my game and nothing happen im stress out can somebody help pleaseeeeeeeee
