Don't listen to either of them, they have no idea what they're talking about.
This is the latest broken feature caused by an EA update, that feature being the ability to play the game in the first place. Nothing will fix this, this is a problem EA have to fix, I've tried everything including the suggestions by the two previous commenters but after seeing hundreds of posts and videos about this exact issue, it's a safe bet to say this is unfixable from a players stand point, EA are in control and honsstly, this just goes to show that EA don't care about their game. The new disable packs feature is an excuse so EA don't have to fix broken packs but if you do disable any packs, a bug happens which strips you of your ownership licence and now people can't even get into the game to play it in the first place and the newest pack is so broken and buggy to top everything off.
There's no hope for this game. It's on life support right now and the only way EA will fix things is if we all stop engaging with the game and stop buying new packs that break the game.
