help with height mod:solved

Question

There is a mod with changing a sims height using the cheat console.

Well I'm confused with it. How exactly do you use it? Can you select which sim you want to change? Please help
I just need to know exactly what to put in the console window for it to work

To use the version of the height mod that uses the cheat console you select the sim whose height you want to change and the cheat is "add_slider height -100/100." Any negative number down to -100 makes them shorter, any positive number up to 100 makes them taller.
