House Sunk into the ground

I realized too late that the first floor of my house was sunken halfway into the ground. I had saved over it without realizing and now I can't get it back out. 

I know it probably happened when I put a deck on my roof and I clicked something. I have tried everything to put it back to normal that I can think of but terrain manipulation and the like have not done anything. Please help, I've spent 3 days on this house and I'd be devastated if i lost all that to a stupid mistake.

    @Safalinsayshi 

    As @Bluebellflora said, a couple of pics would be nice to see exactly what has happened.  It sounds like something you did lowered the house.  So, open the lot in build and click on any wall in a ground floor room.   Look for a big double ended arrow near the center of the floor and grab it and drag it up until the floor is even with the ground outside.  That should fix it.
