Lola18790 If this happens in a true mod-free test -- rename the Mods folder and delete the file called localthumbcache -- bring the new lastexception file (attach the file itself to a message) to Bug Reports. An LE file generated while you had mods and CC in the Mods folder isn't of any use for bug reports.
