No mod is listed in the LE. You'll need to do old-fashioned testing. First, have you confirmed it's a mod by removing the folder and deleting localthumbcache? If so, you can start at Previously Broken mods and CC and the current Broken & Updated Mods & CC lists. How to Use Mods and CC explained how to run 50-50 testing if you still haven't found a culprit after that.
