Have you tested with no mods at all to find out if a mod is your likely cause? That includes BE and MCCC, which are mods. See vanilla testing. If you have no issues and get no LEs, then try redownloading and reinstalling MCCC and BE. Make sure to get BE only from TwistedMexi's website, not from a Google search.
