Since the last update I am encountering more issues than before, mainly that I am unable to save new lots to my Library or to upload them in to gallery. Also previously fine sims now have Zebra skin effect even though there are no skin effects added to the sim.
I have installed a clean version of the game and the error still exists.
Any suggestions?

FriendlySimmers That seems unrelated to the other issue. If this is happening in a mod-free, CC-free game, please head to Gameplay Issues. If not, start at Broken and Updated Mods and CC or test vanilla. No broken mod is currently known to cause this, but many mods are still not cleared for the patch.
sirgalahad65 Please rename the Mods folder, delete the localthumbcache file, run a Game Repair and test in a new save. Please note that in these Forums, I can't offer support for help with 18+ mods.
in term of bugs i have notice that if sims owns item exemple homework book for sims kids if left on the table or floor the drag to inventory is grayed out with message saying sims do not own the item
