Hi, @MayaTheBee84 ! To download version 3.3.1 of MC Command Center, go here:

If you scroll down the page titled MC COMMAND CENTER RELEASE 3.3.1 IS OUT! a little, you'll see Download links for both MCCC (AllModules) and the extra woohoo file download.
Before you scroll down, though, you'll see Installation and Troubleshooting links. Both are full of good info, if you hit a snag while you're getting going.
